Welcome to the Big Save Furniture Web Site. Big Save Furniture provides this Site as a service to its customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our site. Please note that your use of our Site creates an agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

Big Save Furniture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Big Save Furniture web site following any such changes establishes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this web site.

Credit Data Policy

Payment types accepted are Visa and MasterCard and billed in the New Zealand dollars. You will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website, a confirmation email is sent to confirm goods purchased and value of order.  You authorize www.bigsave.co.nz to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card.

If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.

We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the Order and contact you to inform you that your Order will not be processed.

Credit Card data is processed by ANZ eGate and is not stored or processed by www.bigsave.co.nz.

Usage Restrictions

No right, title or interest in any content or materials is transferred to you as a result of any such activities. Big Save Furniture reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in any content you download, reproduce, print, redistribute or store from this web site.

Pricing Policy

At Big Save Furniture , our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at New Zealand’s best value prices every day. While product offered on-line at bigsave.co.nz will usually be priced the same as product offered at our stores, at some times our stores may have different prices or promotional events.

Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the bigsave.co.nz web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information of the Big Save Furniture web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from bigsave.co.nz you may return it with the original Big Save Furniture receipt. Please see our Returns policy.

Furniture featuring our Everyday Low Price logo carries our best price guaranteed.  If you find this item for a better price elsewhere, we’ll beat it.

Conditions of Sale

Furniture is sold for domestic use only. All warranties are excluded where goods are acquired for business or commercial purposes.

Retention of Title

All goods sold by Big Save Furniture shall remain the property of Big Save Furniture until full payment is received.

Payments

All goods must be paid in full prior to the delivery or collecxtion of your goods.

Deposits

Big Save Furniture only takes full payment on all furniture purchases. No deposits will be accepted.

Cancellations

Big Save Furniture will charge a minimum cancellation fee of $100 plus any other costs incurred eg: freight costs. The cancellation fee covers swapping goods for a lesser value but may not be charged if the exchange of goods is for equal or higher value within a reasonable time frame. Each cancellation will be considered on an individual basis by the Store manager.

Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued in store and will be processed at Big Save’s head office. The refund amount will be direct credited to the purchasers bank account. No refund will be given for Trade In furniture. No refunds can be processed in store.

Storage

Big Save Furniture stores goods up to 7 days. The 7 day period starts when the goods are delivered to Big Save. After 7 days a weekly storage fee of $80 applies.

Maximum storage period

Big Save will only store goods up to a maximum of 14 days unless prior arrangements with the Regional Manager have been made.

Customers collecting own goods

When any customer is collecting their order from Big Save Furniture, they must produce photo ID at their booked time of collection. All collections from Big Save furniture must be booked prior to the customer turning up to collect. Big Save Team members may assist you in loading your furniture on or into your vehicle, but the customer is responsible for securing their own goods.

 

‘Pacific’ Queen Bed Giveaway

Participation

  1. This competition “Pacific Queen Bed Giveaway” is conducted by Big Save, 4 Pandora Road, Napier 4110.
  2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
  3. The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who, at the time of entry:
    1. is a resident of New Zealand aged 16 years or older.
    2. is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and
    3. is not a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee.

Entry

  1. The promotional period for this competition begins on Wednesday 25th September 2024 and runs until, Wednesday 2nd October 2024. Any entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
  2. This is an exclusive promotion, and is only available to enter in person. To enter this promotion, scan the QR code on the poster available and complete the form. There is one Pacific Queen Bed to be won, valued at $1299.00.
  3. The Prize winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday 2nd October 2024 and the winner will be notified. If the winner does not respond by Wednesday 9th October 2024, the prize winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
  4. If the Prize winner is unable to redeem the Prize for any reason then they will forfeit the Prize without any compensation.
  5. The winner must provide valid contact details (including name, phone number, and residential address), to allow the promoter to coordinate the prize with the winner.

General

  1. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
  2. Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise its winners and, may be used to contact entrants about future promotions. The personal information of the winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliveries, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in condition 1 to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter.
