Textile technology enables the plastics found in the ocean to be taken and upcycled into new yarns that are used to produce high quality mattress textiles and mattress covers. 99 tonnes of marine litter has been transformed into Upcycled Marine Plastic by SEAQUAL INITIATIVE, and 600 tonnes of waste has been cleaned from the ocean (estimated).
